Payment
Underwearables.com accepts Visa/Dankort and Dankort. The payment will be debited your account when we dispatch your order.
• If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Danish VAT at 25 %..
• The amount will be withdrawn via PBS.
Shortly after placing your order on underwearables.com, you will receive a confirmation. When your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive another email with the order confirmation.
All products on underwearables.com are for sale unless marked sold out.
Shipping
Shipping costs will be added to your order. For shipping charges, please view the Underwearables shipping charge table.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Underwearables ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
All orders are shipped within 2 working days. Exceptions from this is sold out items or external factors that cause delays.
Calculation of the delivery costs depends on the destination, weight and size of your order.
All products are wrapped in Underwearables giftboxes that protect the products during transportation.
• When an order has been submitted, it may take 4-6 working days for you to receive your products.
• Money for the products will not be debited from your account until all products have been sent off.
• If the product is delayed, you will be sent an advisory email.

Returns
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense.
• Upon return, you must state your order number of which you were advised on your order confirmation.
• The product can kun be returned if it is in its original packaging. If it is in a condition that compromises the sale value, it cannot be returned.
• If you use your right to annul, you will get your money back after we have received the returned product and had an opportunity to examine it. The money will be deposited into your account as soon as we have received your bank details.
• For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Underwearables. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
Claims
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.
• Claims regarding faults in the product must be made within a reasonable period after you have discovered the fault or ought to have discovered the fault when generally examining the product. You can make a claim in writing or verbally. Two years after receipt of the product, the right to make a claim will cease in accordance with § 83, item 1 of the Sale of Goods Act unless otherwise agreed.
• When Underwearables receives a claim regarding a product, the claim will be treated as soon as possible. Underwearables will decide whether the product will be repaired or replaced or a discount will be given.
