Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that all the items available at the Underwearables web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order, we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail.
Underwearables strife to always display the correct texts, but errors in images and pricing in the site and web shop, can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.

In case of Force Majeure, Underwearables’s obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Underwearables can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Underwearables. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
Underwearables will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
Governing Law
These terms of use are construed in accordance with Danish law and you agree that the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.
The laws of you country may be different from the laws in Denmark and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
